  2. So far in the current financial year, 4,08,223 property owners have paid ₹559 crores in taxes.
  3. Property tax bills were sent to property owners in the first quarter of the year.
  4. Defaulters with dues before March 2024 were issued pre-seizure notices.
  5. Between April and June, 3,53,667 property owners paid their taxes.
  6. 50,526 properties have only the current year’s tax due.
  7. 10,951 property owners have paid ₹10.78 crores, while 39,575 have yet to clear their dues.
  8. The due date for the second half of the bill is December 31.
  9. Properties failing to pay by the deadline will be subject to seizure action.
  10. Administrative officers will issue pre-seizure notices to defaulters who fail to pay by December 31.
  11. Seizure warrants will be issued starting January 9, with seizures beginning on January 13.
  12. Properties with arrears exceeding ₹3 lakhs are currently being targeted for seizure.
  13. Properties with unpaid current-year taxes will also be included in the defaulters’ list from January.
  14. Regular updates on penalties and late fees are shared through various communication channels.
  15. Property owners are urged to pay their taxes by December 31 to avoid penalties and seizure actions.
