Hey folks, exciting news for all you travelers out there! The Indian Railways has extended the running of several daily and weekly special trains, providing more options for your upcoming trips.
Starting with the Pune-Harangul daily special train, originally scheduled to run until December 31, 2024, it will now be extended from January 1, 2025, to March 31, 2025, with a total of 90 trips. The same goes for the Harangul-Pune daily special train, so mark your calendars!
Next up, we have the Pune-Kolhapur-Pune Daily Special train with a whopping 180 trips. Both the Pune-Kolhapur and Kolhapur-Pune routes will see extensions from January 1, 2025, to March 31, 2025, each with 90 trips. That’s double the travel opportunities!
For those heading to Mumbai, the Solapur-Lokmanya Tilak Terminus weekly special train is also getting an extension. The Solapur-LTT route will now run from January 7, 2025, to March 25, 2025, with a total of 25 trips. And don’t worry, the return journey from LTT to Solapur is also extended until March 26, 2025, with 13 trips.
Last but not least, the Daund-Solapur-Daund Daily DEMU unreserved Special train will continue its daily runs until March 31, 2025, with 90 trips in each direction. No changes in days of run, timings, composition, and halts, so you can plan your journey with ease.
For those looking to book tickets for these extended trips, reservations will open from December 31, 2024, at all computerised reservation centers and on the IRCTC website. So, pack your bags and get ready for some exciting train journeys ahead!
