The ongoing metro work in Pune is causing disruptions in power supply for several areas along the Shivajinagar to Hinjewadi corridor. Here are the details of the affected areas and the timing of the outage:
1. Shivajinagar, Deccan, and Nearby Areas: Residents in Ganeshkhind, Model Colony, Deep Bangla Chowk, and other nearby areas will experience power cuts from 8 AM to 4 PM. The disruption will affect various locations including Senapati Bapat Road, Laxmi Road, and Modern College.
2. Aundh and Surrounding Areas: People living in Thube Park, Aundh Gaon, and Parihar Chowk should also expect power outages during the same time frame.
3. Wakdewadi & Nearby Localities: Wakdewadi, Sakhar Sankul Road, and Chafekar Nagar are among the areas that will be impacted by the power disruption.
4. FC Road and Other Localities: Residents of Apte Road, Sambhaji Garden, and FC Road will also face power cuts as a result of the ongoing metro work.
The Metro, MahaTransco, and MahaVitaran authorities have requested cooperation from citizens during this period. Affected residents have been informed via SMS alerts sent to their registered mobile numbers.
