- Calls have been made to the state government for the permanent acquisition of rented office spaces at Mandal Kacheri-Khadkamal (No. 1), Aundh (No. 19), Pashan (No. 15), and Pimpri Village (No. 18 and 26). The search is also on for a new location for the office at JJ Complex, Vishrantwadi (No. 8).
- The focus is on providing basic facilities to enhance citizen experience, as they play a significant role in government revenue through property registrations. Non-functional CCTV cameras have been identified as a problem, prompting the improvements to ensure citizen satisfaction.
