The lottery will determine the allocation of 1,684 flats under the PMAY and affordable housing scheme. In Peth No. 12, there are a total of 1,337 flats up for grabs, including 47 EWS (1 BHK) flats and 614 LIG (2 BHK) flats. Meanwhile, in Peth No. 30-32, there are 676 flats available, with 347 EWS (1 RK) flats and 329 LIG (1 BHK) flats up for allocation.
With over 3,200 applicants vying for a chance to secure affordable housing, the competition is fierce. The draw was initially scheduled for January 22nd but was postponed for administrative reasons. Now, applicants are eagerly awaiting the results of the draw, which will also include a local-level event at the PMRDA office in Akurdi.
