The highly anticipated Innerve 9.0 Hackathon at AIT Pune has come to a successful conclusion, with Team Luminocity emerging as the champion. The event, organized by the OSS Club of AIT, saw over 9,500 students participating in more than 2,500 teams. The Grand Finale held on February 7-8, 2025, featured 31 finalist teams who worked tirelessly for 24 hours to develop innovative solutions across 10 technology verticals.
Team Luminocity from Dayanand Sagar College of Engineering, Bangalore, took home the top prize of ₹1,25,000 from a total prize pool of ₹12,00,000. The event emphasized collaboration between academia and industry, with sponsors like Josh Software, Cloudflare, and UdChalo presenting unique challenges for participants to tackle.
Key highlights of the event included the top prize going to Team Luminocity, with the second prize awarded to MIT Academy of Engineering, Alandi Pune, and the third prize to GH Raisoni College of Engineering & Management, Wagholi Pune. Additional prizes were awarded for the most ingenious and visionary solutions developed.
The industry sponsors presented challenges focused on AI-driven fraud detection, AI-powered meeting assistants, and military-themed offline games, pushing participants to think creatively and strategically. The event served as a valuable platform for students to showcase their skills, network with industry leaders, and engage with cutting-edge technologies.
