Kolte-Patil Developers is making a strong comeback in the real estate sector, with a net profit of ₹25.3 crore in Q3FY25, a significant improvement from the previous year’s loss of ₹62.9 crore. The company’s revenue also saw a massive jump, increasing by 361.35% to ₹349.7 crore.
This impressive financial recovery can be attributed to the company’s operational strength and strategic initiatives. With a focus on efficiency, Kolte-Patil’s EBITDA improved to ₹25.6 crore, with a margin of 7.3% in Q3FY25.
In addition to its financial success, Kolte-Patil Developers has announced a new 22-acre project in Pune, expected to generate a GDV of ₹4,000 crore. This project, located at Wadgaon Khurd on Sinhagad Road, is set to be a key growth driver for the company in the future.
Despite the positive news, Kolte-Patil’s stock ended lower on the BSE, closing at ₹285.45, down 2.71%. However, the company’s strong financial performance and strategic projects indicate a promising future for Kolte-Patil Developers in India’s thriving real estate market.
