Apollo Hospitals Enterprise is gearing up to expand its presence in key metropolitan cities by adding five new hospitals during FY26. These new facilities will include a 500-bed hospital in Gurugram, a new hospital in Hyderabad, a women-focused cancer center in Delhi, and additional facilities in Kolkata and Pune. These additions will add over 1,400 beds to the company’s network and help strengthen its foothold in these critical metro areas.

Krishnan Akhileswaran, Group CFO of Apollo Hospitals, shared that most of these new hospitals will be operational by the end of the year, with plans to add a total of 3,512 beds across 11 locations over the next three to four years. In addition to expanding its hospital network, Apollo is also focusing on growing its telemedicine services in retail consultations, government partnerships, and corporate collaborations.

The company is also making strides in international markets by providing tele-ICU and tele-radiology services in Indonesia through a partnership with Mayapada Healthcare Group. Apollo’s focus on cancer care includes enhancing outpatient services and exploring opportunities for public-private partnerships in cancer daycare centers.

Apollo is also actively growing its non-hospital revenue streams, particularly in diagnostics and retail healthcare. AHLL, which manages these segments, reported a 15% revenue growth in Q3 and aims to achieve a 15% EBITDA in the retail healthcare segment by next year.

Overall, Apollo Hospitals’ expansion plans, telemedicine initiatives, and focus on non-hospital revenue streams demonstrate its commitment to enhancing healthcare delivery in India and globally. The brand continues to build on its legacy of providing quality healthcare services while meeting the evolving needs of urban populations.
