Hey Pune peeps, have you heard about the latest updates in the city’s police force? Well, Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis recently announced that the government is stepping up its game when it comes to using technology in police investigations. They have created the best ‘Cyber Platform’ in the country and even got a toll-free number ‘1945’ for the Maharashtra Police. Talk about being tech-savvy!

At the ‘Tarang 2025’ programme organized by the Pune Police, Fadnavis was joined by Deputy CM Ajit Pawar, Union Minister Murlidhar Mohol, and other top officials. They inaugurated the ‘Cops 24’ police division to tackle serious crimes and even launched the ‘My Safe App’ for better safety measures. Plus, they added 125 two-wheelers and 39 four-wheelers to the Police Force. Now, that’s some serious upgrade!

During the event, a jeweler in the city was reunited with his stolen 17-kg gold ornaments. DyCM Ajit Pawar reminded everyone to be vigilant and guard their valuables to prevent theft. It’s a team effort, folks!

To top it all off, the police and their families were treated to a special performance by the famous music composer duo, Ajay-Atul. They belted out some popular Marathi and Hindi film songs, bringing smiles to everyone’s faces.

It’s great to see the government and police working together to make Pune a safer and better place for all its residents. Let’s all do our part to support our police force and keep our city safe. Stay tuned for more updates on what’s happening in Pune!
