This means that remaining areas under PMRDA’s jurisdiction will now have a standardized building permit process through the Building Plan Management System (BPMS) portal.
Applying for development proposals just got a whole lot easier, as applicants can now submit their proposals and necessary documents online. The system will automatically screen applications, process approvals, and even generate challans for payment. Once payments are made, digital certificates for development permission, land use, and occupancy will be issued – all without the need for those in-person visits to PMRDA offices.
