Well, folks, it looks like there’s a new top cop in town! Joint Commissioner of Police Praveen Pawar has been given a promotion and transferred to the role of Commissioner of Police for Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar.

Praveen Pawar, who was previously serving with the Pune Police, has a wealth of experience under his belt. He has held positions such as Special Inspector General of Police for the Konkan Range before taking on the role of JCP in Pune City Police.

The transfer orders came from the Ministry of Home Affairs, with Joint Secretary Venkatesh Bhat signing off on them under the authority of the Governor. It’s always interesting to see how these high-level decisions are made and how they impact our local law enforcement.

We wish JCP Praveen Pawar all the best in his new role as Commissioner of Police for Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. It’s a big job, but we have no doubt that he’s up to the task. Stay tuned for more updates on this developing story!
