Hello Pune! In some exciting news, the Pune Rural Police have managed to catch four individuals from out of state who were involved in a violent armed robbery in Sahakar Nagar, Daund Tehsil. The culprits had broken into a home, stolen jewelry, and caused severe injuries to the residents.

The incident took place recently within the Yavat Police Station’s jurisdiction, where two men and two women were attacked during a home invasion. One of the injured women bravely filed a complaint, which led to the formation of seven investigation teams from Yavat Police Station and the Local Crime Branch (LCB).

Thanks to footage from CCTV cameras and information from a confidential source, the police were able to trace two suspects to the area near Pune Railway Station. Salman Shaikh (28) and Momin Shaikh (45), both hailing from Uttar Pradesh, were nabbed in Yerawada as they tried to escape.

The other two accomplices, Ravat Singh Tomar (26) and Gulshan Khan (25), also from Uttar Pradesh, were caught when they returned to retrieve a bag they had dropped while fleeing. This bag contained crucial evidence that helped in cracking the case.
