As the weather continues to play tricks on us, it’s no surprise that our bodies are feeling the effects. From viral infections to nosebleeds, it seems like everyone is feeling a little under the weather lately.

Lohagaon saw temperatures reaching a scorching 40.3°C, while Brahmapuri experienced the highest temperature in Maharashtra at 41.5°C. On the flip side, Nashik had the lowest minimum temperature at 15.4°C, showcasing the stark differences in weather across the state.

With such drastic temperature changes, it’s no wonder our bodies are struggling to keep up. The fluctuating temperatures are wreaking havoc on our thermoregulatory systems, leading to a host of health issues like allergic bronchitis and severe body pain.

IMD Pune is predicting some relief in the form of partly cloudy conditions in the coming days. While this may help reduce maximum temperatures slightly, it could also cause nighttime temperatures to rise due to moisture from the Bay of Bengal.

So, as we brace ourselves for the unpredictable weather ahead, it’s important to take care of our health and be prepared for whatever Mother Nature throws our way. Stay hydrated, dress appropriately, and listen to your body – it’s the best way to weather this storm.
