Are you a woman residing in Pune district or elsewhere in Maharashtra? Well, if you are, you might want to take note of the latest buzz surrounding the Chief Minister’s Majhi Ladki Bahin Scheme. The application process for this scheme started on 1st July, and it seems like women are really keen on getting in on the action.

With applications pouring in from all corners of Pune district and beyond, it’s clear that the response to this scheme has been overwhelming. But it’s not all smooth sailing – many applicants have been facing technical glitches when using the Nari Shakti Doot app to apply. This has led to calls for immediate resolution of these issues so that all eligible women can take advantage of the benefits offered by the scheme.

To apply for the Chief Minister’s Majhi Ladki Bahin Scheme, women need to present their ration card and Aadhaar card to the Anganwadi Sevaks in their respective villages. The ration card must not be older than 15 years, and a birth certificate is a must-have document. Jamsingh Girase, the Women & Child Development Officer of Pune Zilla Parishad, has provided all the necessary information regarding the application process.

So far, the department has received 700 applications, but only 100 of these have been submitted through the Nari Shakti Doot app due to technical difficulties. Fear not, though – officials from Pune Zilla Parishad are working hard to fix these app issues so that all women can apply seamlessly.

In Pune district alone, there are around 43 lakh women above 18 years of age, with approximately 1.3 lakh expected to qualify for the scheme. Each taluka is estimated to benefit around 1 lakh women, and Jamsingh Girase has assured that everything is in place to ensure a smooth implementation of the scheme.

So, if you’re a woman looking to take advantage of the Chief Minister’s Majhi Ladki Bahin Scheme, don’t let those app issues hold you back. Get your documents ready, apply in person or through the app, and get ready to reap the benefits of this fantastic initiative!
