Our unsuspecting victim took the bait and contacted Tiwari, who then demanded a whopping three lakh rupees for the supposed gig. Smart move on the victim’s part though, as he got a bad vibe and decided to report the scam to the Band Garden police station.
The military intelligence agency had their eyes on Tiwari and finally nabbed him in the Sassoon Hospital area.
