The restaurant manager wasn’t having any of it, though. He promptly filed a complaint the next day, and before you know it, the businessman found himself in cuffs. The police didn’t waste any time slapping him with charges under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and the Indian Arms Act.
According to Police Sub-inspector Tukaram Shelke, the businessman was dining solo when he decided to join a group of men at a nearby table. And what better way to break the ice than by pulling out a gun and firing a shot into the wall, right? Smooth move, buddy.
Needless to say, the restaurant manager wasn’t too thrilled about the unexpected gunshot. He quickly reported the incident to the owner, who wasted no time in getting the authorities involved.
