In a shocking incident in Pune’s Ramtekdi area, a group of minor children have been accused of killing a notorious hooligan named Raju Shivsharan. The altercation took place late at night at Vande Mataram Chowk, and the police have taken five children into custody in connection with the incident.

Shivsharan, a 36-year-old resident of Ramtekdi, Hadapsar, had a history of criminal activities and had been in trouble with the law multiple times. The incident unfolded when the children confronted Shivsharan for money to buy alcohol, which led to a heated argument.

The situation escalated quickly, with the children attacking Shivsharan with bricks and bottles, resulting in fatal injuries. Despite being rushed to Sassoon Hospital, Shivsharan was declared dead upon arrival.

The children involved in the incident have been identified as Nikhil Kailas Chavan, Mahesh Shinde, Nitin Patole, Arvind Mane, Chetan Bavri, and Durgesh Ballya Gaikwad. According to police reports, the minors and Shivsharan were known to each other.

The Wanwadi Police Station has taken the minors into custody and is investigating the case further. Deputy Commissioner of Police, R. Raja, has assured that the matter will be dealt with seriously and justice will be served.
