In the show-cause notice, Commissioner Kumar didn’t mince words. He called out the pub for repeatedly breaking the rules and regulations, and failing to improve despite previous actions taken. The lack of adequate security measures is also a major cause for concern, especially considering the potential for a disaster like a bomb blast.
