It was a tragic day in Sakur village in Sangamner Taluka of Maharashtra as a young couple, Vaibhav Amle (22) and Sneha Amle (20), took their own lives by suicide. The couple, who had only been married for three months, had recently returned to their native village from Pune, where Vaibhav was working.
The couple was found by citizens and police in the evening, having tied a rope to a tree and ended their lives together. The Ghargaon Police, including Police Sub-Inspector Nivant Jadhav and others, arrived at the scene to conduct an on-site investigation. The bodies were later sent to Sangamner Hospital for post-mortem examination.
The reasons behind the couple’s tragic decision are still under investigation, causing unrest in the area. It is a heartbreaking reminder of the importance of mental health awareness and support for those in need.
