Hey there, Pune peeps! Did you hear about the awesome Independence Day event organized by local biker clubs in our city? Yup, you read that right – on the 17th of August 2024, the Western Riders Club, Throttle Brotherhood Pune, and Soul Machines Riders joined forces to spread some good vibes and raise awareness about important issues.
Around 60 to 70 bikers, ranging from different backgrounds and age groups, came together to kick off the day with a flag hoisting ceremony at the Poona School and Home for Blind. It was heartwarming to see them interact with visually impaired students, sharing stories and emphasizing the importance of road safety.
The ride itself was a sight to behold as the bikers cruised through various parts of Pune, including SB Road, JM Road, and Kothrud. With all the necessary permissions in place and strict safety protocols being followed, the bikers made sure to don their helmets and obey traffic rules, with the help of our trusty local police.
This event wasn’t just about celebrating Independence Day – it was about promoting social responsibility, brotherhood, and patriotism. Kudos to these biker clubs for going above and beyond to make a positive impact on our community. Ride on, Pune!
