FLY91, a regional airline based in western India, is set to launch new flights connecting Pune with Sindhudurg and Goa starting August 31. The new flights will operate exclusively on weekends, catering to both leisure and business travelers.

The Pune-Sindhudurg-Pune route will be the first direct air connection between Pune and the Konkan region. Flights will depart from Pune at 08:05 hours and arrive in Sindhudurg at 09:10 hours, with return flights leaving Sindhudurg at 09:30 hours and reaching Pune at 10:35 hours.

On the Goa-Pune-Goa route, flights will depart from Goa at 06:35 hours and arrive in Pune at 07:40 hours. Return flights will leave Pune at 10:55 hours and arrive in Goa at 12:10 hours. This route aims to enhance tourism and business travel between the two popular destinations.

The launch of these new flights is expected to strengthen regional air connectivity, making it easier for travelers to move between key tourism hubs and emerging destinations. The direct flights are anticipated to boost tourism in Sindhudurg and promote economic growth in the region.

FLY91’s Founder, MD, and CEO, Manoj Chacko, expressed excitement about the new routes, highlighting the airline’s commitment to enhancing last-mile air connectivity in India. FLY91 is also considering establishing daily connectivity between Goa and Pune, pending availability of slots at Pune International Airport.
