Warje Bridge in Pune was the scene of chaos this evening as ten vehicles collided in a major accident. The incident, which took place in front of Hyderabad Biryani on the Mumbai-Bengaluru highway, left a trail of destruction but luckily, no one was seriously injured.

Eyewitnesses reported that a Tata four-wheeler lost control and crashed into a Maruti Swift, setting off a chain reaction of collisions. The traffic jam that ensued lasted for about half an hour before authorities arrived to clear the wreckage.

The Warje Bridge has long been a trouble spot due to its narrowness and the numerous potholes that pepper the highway. These factors combine to create a dangerous situation for drivers, leading to frequent accidents in the area.

As residents of Pune know all too well, accidents on the Warje Bridge are unfortunately all too common. It’s a reminder to always stay alert and drive carefully, especially in areas with poor road conditions.
