It’s that time of year again – Ganesh Chaturthi is almost here, and Pune is buzzing with excitement. The Dagdusheth Ganapati Trust is all set to welcome Bappa in a unique Jatoli Shiva temple-themed pandal this year, and the preparations are in full swing.

In a surprising twist, the trust is bringing a replica of the Jatoli Shiva Mandir from Himachal Pradesh to Pune for this year’s celebrations. Collaborating with Suvarnayug Tarun Mandal, the themed pandal is set to be a sight to behold.

Celebrating 132 years of Ganesh Chaturthi, the trust is going all out with this year’s festivities. The highlight of the pandal will be a replica of Asia’s highest Shiva temple, ensuring that visitors have a truly unforgettable experience.

Designed by Aman Vidhate, the pandal will stand taller than the original Jatoli Shiva Mandir, reaching a height of 137 feet. Vaikar Bandhu is handling the lighting installations, while Kale Mandavwale is taking care of the pavilion arrangements. The pandal will be adorned with intricate designs and elaborate decorations, capturing the grandeur of the Jatoli Shiva temple.

The Jatoli Shiva temple in Solan, Himachal Pradesh, is a must-visit for its architectural marvel and spiritual significance. The temple’s design took 39 years to complete, and its name is derived from Lord Shiva’s long hair, adding to its mystical charm. Situated amidst enchanting surroundings, the temple offers breathtaking views and a deeply spiritual experience.

With Ganpati Bappa’s arrival just around the corner, make sure not to miss out on visiting this extraordinary pandal and celebrating the festival in true grandeur. Ganpati Bappa Morya!
