It was a scary evening for passengers aboard a PMPML electric bus that caught fire near 93 Avenue Mall at the Fatimanagar Chowk junction in Wanowrie. The bus, carrying 45 passengers from Dhayari to Hadapsar, had just crossed the Race Course on Pune-Solapur Road when some passengers noticed a burning smell. Thankfully, no injuries were reported, and all passengers were safe. The incident did cause a brief traffic jam in the area, but local police quickly cleared the congestion. The exact cause of the fire is still being investigated.

It was a close call for those on board the bus, but thanks to quick reactions and the assistance of the fire brigade, everyone made it out unharmed. Stay tuned for updates on the investigation into what caused the fire.
