The first project involves upgrading a 13 km stretch of NH-965 from Dive Ghat to Hadapsar on the Mohol-Alandi section. The second project includes the construction of bridges on the Mula-Mutha River, along with service roads from Sinhagad Road to Warje on the Pune-Satara section of NH-48.

During the inauguration, Gadkari emphasized the importance of these projects in improving connectivity among Pune, Satara, and Solapur. He specifically mentioned the impact on the Palkhi Yatra procession, stating that the upgrades will make the journey safer and more pleasant for devotees.

Additionally, Gadkari announced upcoming initiatives such as the Elevated Corridor in Nashik Phata Khed and the Ravet to Narhe Elevated Corridor, both aimed at further improving connectivity in the region.
