The Maharashtra Police Department in Pune recently underwent a major shakeup with key officers being reassigned to different roles. G. Shreedhar, who was serving as the Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) in Pune, has now been moved to the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) as a Superintendent. This comes shortly after Shreedhar took on the role of Special DCP for Pune Police in August 2024.
