In a recent development in the Kalyaninagar Porsche accident case, a Delhi-based educational institute has denied admission to the son of builder Vishal Agarwal, who is an accused in the case. The boy’s lawyer informed the court about this decision, highlighting the impact of ongoing legal proceedings on the child’s education.

The Pune Police submitted a 200-page supplementary chargesheet to the Juvenile Justice Board, accusing Agarwal’s minor son of conspiring and attempting to destroy evidence related to the accident. This includes allegations of tampering with blood samples, leading to charges under various sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Despite the lawyer’s plea to prioritize the child’s education, the JJB has not issued any orders to the educational institution regarding the admission revocation. Earlier, the Bombay High Court had granted bail to Agarwal’s son, who is now in the custody of relatives.

The incident, which occurred on May 19, resulted in the deaths of two IT engineers in Kalyaninagar. Agarwal and his wife, Shivani, allegedly tried to shield their son by bribing doctors to manipulate blood test results. This led to the arrest of 16 individuals, including Agarwal, the doctors, and others involved in the cover-up.

With the case progressing, it remains to be seen how the legal proceedings will impact the future of Agarwal’s son and the others involved in the tragic accident.
