Hey Pune folks, have you heard about the shocking Porsche incident in Kalyani Nagar? A minor, who was allegedly intoxicated and speeding, ended up causing the death of two people. But here’s the twist – it turns out that his blood sample was swapped and evidence tampered with to avoid prosecution.

According to the latest updates, the boy was taken to Sassoon General Hospital on 19th May, where the whole tampering saga began. The police managed to get hold of CCTV footage from that day, which has brought some surprising revelations to light. Investigating Officer ACP Sunil Tambe has hinted that there might be more people involved in this elaborate cover-up.

In a surprising turn of events, the minor accused’s parents, Vishal Agarwal and Shivani Agarwal, along with two doctors, Dr. Ajay Taware and Dr. Shrihari Halnor, and a hospital peon named Atul Ghatkamble, have been detained by the Pune police. ACP Tambe revealed in court that there was an intermediary between the Agarwal couple and the hospital staff during the blood sample tampering, whose identity is still under investigation.

To get to the bottom of this scandal, the blood samples of the Agarwal couple will be taken and sent for DNA testing. It is alleged that Vishal Agarwal contacted the peon Ghatkamble and then paid Dr. Halnor a hefty sum through two middlemen. The hunt is on for these middlemen to unravel the full extent of this conspiracy.

It seems like Dr. Halnor might have been trying to protect the minor accused by swapping blood samples with the Agarwal couple. As the investigation unfolds, the public prosecutor has argued in court that the Agarwal couple should be placed in police custody. The defense lawyer, on the other hand, has stood by the accused. After weighing both arguments, Justice SS Waghmare has granted police custody to the Agarwal couple.

Stay tuned for more updates on this bizarre and troubling case that has shaken up Pune’s Kalyani Nagar neighborhood.
