Alright folks, let’s break down the latest drama in the courtroom involving Congress leader Rahul Gandhi and a defamation case against him. So, the case was originally in front of Judicial Magistrate First Class Akshi Jain, but it got moved to a special court to speed things up because it involves some big shot MPs and MLAs.

During a recent hearing, a lawyer representing Gandhi showed up, but the other side argued that he didn’t have all the necessary paperwork in order. So, the court was like, “Hey, Mr. Gandhi, you need to show up and sort this out.”

The whole shebang started when a guy named Satyaki accused Gandhi of spreading lies about historical figure Savarkar to ruin his good name. Satyaki is asking for some serious punishment and compensation under the law.

After talking to Satyaki and a couple of witnesses, the court told the cops to look into the matter. And guess what? The police said that Gandhi did indeed defame Savarkar in a speech he made in London. So, the court sent out a summons for Gandhi to show up on August 19, but he was a no-show because he apparently didn’t get the memo.

Now, Gandhi’s lawyer says another summons will be heading his way soon. Stay tuned, folks, this legal battle is just getting started.
