Hey there, folks! Here’s some juicy news coming out of Yerwada for you. A YouTube journalist and his female colleague have found themselves in hot water after a pan stall owner filed a complaint against them for extortion and threats. Yikes!

It all went down on Friday, October 11, at Gunjan Chowk. The journalist, Satish Rathod, and his colleague allegedly approached the pan stall owner, Subhashchandra Ramavadh Morya, and accused him of selling tobacco (Gutka) at his shop, Bhola Pan Tapri. They didn’t stop there – they demanded a hefty sum of ₹30,000 from poor Subhash. Talk about bold moves!

But wait, there’s more. Turns out, Rathod and Subhash were not strangers. Things took a turn for the worse when Rathod got into a scuffle with Subhash’s brother-in-law, Shivprasad. Subhash rushed to the scene only to be threatened by Rathod, who demanded a whopping ₹2 lakh and monthly installments of ₹10,000. The nerve!

To make matters even more intense, Rathod allegedly dragged Subhash to the Bund Garden Bridge and forcefully took ₹30,000 from him. The police were not amused, and now Rathod is in hot water. Sub-Inspector Jaydeep Patil is on the case, leading the investigation.

Stay tuned for more updates on this wild story!
