As Diwali approaches, Pune International Airport is gearing up for an influx of passengers. To manage this surge efficiently, Aeromall has announced changes to its pick-up policy.

1. New Integrated Terminal Pick-Up Service: A special direct pick-up service was introduced last month for pregnant women, senior citizens, and Persons with Disabilities at the New Integrated Terminal Building. This service will now be extended to all passengers during Diwali.

2. Expansion of Pick-Up Service During Diwali: With an expected increase in occupancy rates during the festive period, Aeromall plans to expand its direct pick-up service to all passengers.

3. Additional Support for Passengers: To ensure smooth operations, more help desks have been set up outside Terminal 2 to monitor congestion. Staff will be deployed in three shifts to handle the increased demand efficiently.

4. Lift Functionality Adjustments: To reduce waiting times, call buttons for three of the five lifts have been disabled on upper floors. This change aims to prioritize passenger convenience and improve passenger flow.

By implementing these changes, Pune International Airport aims to provide a smoother travel experience for all passengers during the busy Diwali season.
