The Pune City Police Commission has recently made some major moves in the department, announcing the temporary transfer of several senior police officials. This shake-up includes 5 Assistant Commissioners of Police (ACPs), 5 Senior Police Inspectors (Sr PIs), 9 Police Inspectors (PIs), and 2 Police Sub Inspectors (PSIs).

Among the ACPs affected by the transfers are Vitthal Digambar Dabade, Machindra Ramchandra Khade, Jagdish Dattatraya Satav, Ranganath Bapu Unde, and Vyankatesh Shrikrishna Deshpande. They will be moving to different divisions within the city to take on new roles and responsibilities.

The transfers of Sr PIs and PIs also see some familiar faces changing stations. Names like Santosh Uttamrao Patil, Manisha Hemant Patil, Kailas Shankar Kare, and Vipin Vyankatesh Hasabnis are among those being relocated to different branches or divisions.

In addition to these changes, PSI Santosh Keshav Sonawane and PSI Kiran Uttam Dhaygude have been moved to the Control Room from their previous posts at Wanowrie Police Station and Loni Kalbhor Police Station, respectively.
