Hey there, folks! Another day, another case of fake medical practitioners being caught in the act. This time, a clinic owner claimed to have qualifications in BEMS and ND while treating patients for piles. But guess what? Turns out those qualifications were as real as a unicorn.
The assistant medical officer with the PMC, Rajesh Dighe, confirmed that action was in the works against the shady practitioner. But before they could do anything, the guy vanished into thin air. Poof! Just like that, he closed up shop and disappeared without a trace.
After Dr. Kale got transferred, Dr. Swatee Ghanwat decided to pay a visit to the clinic. And what did she find? The guy was operating under a different name this whole time. Sneaky, sneaky. It turns out he wasn’t even registered with any of the four medical councils. Talk about flying under the radar.
Local residents spilled the tea that this guy had been running the clinic for a solid two years. And now, a police team has been sent out to track him down. Looks like he’s in for a rude awakening.
In other news, the Supreme Court made it crystal clear that there’s no ban on electro-homeopathy practice. And the Lucknow bench of the Allahabad High Court backed that up, confirming that practicing electro-homeopathy is fair game as an alternative therapy. But here’s the catch – no degrees or diplomas can be handed out. And they made it extra clear that these practitioners can’t call themselves “Doctor.”
Well, well, well. Looks like the world of alternative medicine is full of surprises. Stay tuned for more updates on this wild ride of a story.
