Reports from the Sahakar Nagar Police Station indicate that construction work had been ongoing in a local housing society for the past month, with Jadhav being one of the workers employed at the site. It is said that he was sleeping near the construction area when the driver, unaware of his presence, began operating the JCB machine. The machine’s iron bucket fell on Jadhav, causing fatal injuries that led to his untimely demise at the hospital.
Police investigations have pointed towards the driver’s negligence as the primary cause of the accident, prompting the authorities to take legal action against him.
