Looks like the Agarwal family in Pune is really in hot water. Builder Surendra Kumar Agarwal and his son Vishal Agarwal have been making headlines for all the wrong reasons lately. Not only have they been arrested in a hit-and-run case, but now they have been booked for cheating an estate agent of a whopping Rs 1.32 crore and threatening him.

The latest complaint against them was lodged at the Kondhwa Police Station by Mushtaque Shabbir Momin, a resident of Kondhwa. According to reports, the father-son duo have also been booked for abetting the suicide of a developer at the Chandan Nagar Police Station. It seems like trouble just keeps finding them in Pune.

The complaint filed by Momin has led to an offence being registered against Surendra Kumar Agarwal, Vishal Agarwal, and Jaspreet Singh Rajpal under various sections of the IPC. It is alleged that the Agarwals threatened Momin, claiming they had connections with the underworld and could get away with anything, even murder.

The dispute between the Agarwals and Nivrutti Kopare over a piece of land behind Brahma County in Kondhwa seems to have escalated quickly. The accused reportedly approached Momin for help in resolving the issue and promised him a hefty sum of money. However, they failed to uphold their end of the bargain, leaving Momin feeling cheated and filing a police complaint.

It looks like the skeletons in the Agarwals’ closet just keep piling up. Stay tuned for more updates on this ongoing saga in Pune.
