Hey there, folks! Sad news coming out of Kondhwa today. Four girls found themselves in a dangerous situation this afternoon when they accidentally drowned in a water pit on Katraj Kondhwa Road. But don’t worry, the PMC fire brigade was on the scene in no time and managed to save three of the girls. Unfortunately, one of them, Muskan Shilawat, didn’t make it out alive.

The other girls, Sargam Shilawat, Sejal Shilawat, and Janu Shilawat, were also rescued and are currently receiving medical attention. The incident occurred near the ISKCON temple where construction work is underway for an underpass. The stagnant water in a pit near the construction site proved to be a danger for the girls from the nearby slums who were simply washing clothes.

Thankfully, residents alerted the authorities quickly, and the response was swift. Kondhwa Police are now on the scene, and investigations are underway. Let’s keep these girls in our thoughts and hope for a speedy recovery for those who were rescued. Stay safe out there, everyone.
