Hey there, folks! Exciting news coming out of Sanaswadi today as ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel (AM/NS) India has kicked off the repair of a crucial 500-meter stretch of road leading to the industrial estate. This is big news for the 21 industrial establishments in the area who have been dealing with the headache of poor road infrastructure for far too long.

The road, which connects Pune-Nagar Road to the industrial estate, has been a real pain point, especially during the rainy season. Despite previous efforts by AM/NS India Ltd. to fix the road, a section passing through forest land remained untouched due to red tape.

But fear not, because the Deccan Chambers of Commerce Industries and Agriculture (DCCIA) stepped in and worked tirelessly to get the necessary permissions from the forest department. After years of hard work and collaboration between various stakeholders, including government officials and industry leaders, the project finally got the green light on March 5, 2024.

This road repair isn’t just good news for the industrial estate – it will also benefit the surrounding villages like Koregaon Bhima, Dingrajwadi, and Talegaon, improving connectivity for everyone in the area.

The project is a shining example of what can be achieved when industry, government, and local communities come together to tackle infrastructure challenges. As the repair work progresses, we can all look forward to smoother roads and safer travels in the Sanaswadi industrial hub.

A big shoutout to all the companies that will benefit from this project, including ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India Ltd, Praj Industries, and Kalyani Sharp. With their continued support, the future looks bright for Sanaswadi and its residents. Here’s to better roads and brighter days ahead!
