Residents in the Bopkhel, Ramnagar, and Ganesh Nagar areas of Vishrantwadi are in for a power outage today, June 11th, from 9 AM to 5 PM. The interruption is needed for maintenance and repair work on the 22KV Bopkhel feeder high-pressure line and to trim tree branches that are encroaching on power lines.
Former PCMC school board chairman Chetan Ghule and Deputy Mayor Hirabai (Nani) Ghule have issued an apology for the inconvenience caused by the power cut. They are urging residents to cooperate with the authorities during this essential maintenance work.
Deputy Mayor Ghule emphasized the importance of this maintenance for the safety and reliability of the power supply, thanking residents for their understanding and cooperation.
