Hey there, folks! Have you heard about the shocking incident that took place in Narhe recently? A young man named Samarth Netaji Bhagat, just 20 years old, was brutally attacked on suspicion of stealing petrol. Can you believe it?
It all went down on November 25 when Samarth ran out of petrol near the office of former deputy sarpanch Sushant Kute in Manajinagar. Poor guy was just trying to refill his vehicle from another two-wheeler when he was mistaken for a thief. Next thing you know, he’s being beaten with sticks by Gaurav Sanjay Kute, Ajinkya Chandrakant Gandle, and Rahul Somnath Lohar.
Samarth suffered some serious injuries and unfortunately, he didn’t make it. He passed away during treatment at a private hospital. His father, Netaji Sopan Bhagat, was understandably devastated and filed a complaint with the Sinhagad Road police.
The police have taken action by arresting Gaurav, Ajinkya, and Rahul, but Sushant Kute is nowhere to be found. He’s currently on the run, and the cops are on the lookout for him.
It’s a tragic situation, and Samarth’s family had to push for the case to be registered. Luckily, a video of the attack surfaced, prompting the police to take action. They’ve even seized the mobile phones of the accused for further investigation.
