Pune, 23rd May 2024: The latest development in the case of the Porsche car teen driver in Pune has brought the grandfather of the accused into the spotlight. Surendra Kumar Agarwal, the grandfather of the teen driver, was brought in for questioning at the Pune Police Commissioner’s office. This comes after his son Vishal Agarwal, owner of Bramha Realty and Infrastructure, was already taken into police custody for allowing his minor son to drive the luxury car that resulted in the death of two IT professionals in Kalyani Nagar on May 19.
According to officials speaking to Punekar News, Surendra Kumar Agarwal is also under scrutiny in connection with the same case. When approached by the media for a statement, Agarwal expressed his faith in the justice system and stated that they are fully cooperating with the authorities.
Interestingly, Surendra Kumar Agarwal is no stranger to controversy, as he is also implicated in a previous CBI case involving the hiring of underworld figure Chhota Rajan to assassinate Shiv Sena leader Ajay Bhosale back in 2009.
The investigation into this high-profile case continues, with more details expected to emerge as the authorities delve deeper into the circumstances surrounding the tragic incident. Stay tuned for more updates on this developing story.
