So, it seems like things got pretty heated at the Vishrantwadi police station earlier this week. A family of four, including two women, really stirred things up during a counselling session with the officers. Apparently, they had been having some serious domestic issues and needed police intervention.

The family, who are casual labourers that recently moved to Pune from Daund, have been causing trouble for the past couple of weeks. Despite several counselling sessions, their arguments just wouldn’t stop. When they were called in for another session on Tuesday afternoon, things took a turn for the worse.

During the meeting, the family members started blaming each other and even went as far as to accuse the police of not doing enough to help them. Things quickly escalated, with both the men and women getting aggressive towards the officers. One of the women even pushed a constable, while another family member grabbed a sub-inspector by the collar.

Luckily, the police were able to calm the situation down, but not before a case was registered against the family for assaulting police personnel. They were given notices to appear before the investigating officer when needed and were allowed to leave afterwards.

It turns out that this family has a history of domestic disputes, and the Vishrantwadi police have promised to look into the matter further. Let’s hope they can work things out and find a peaceful resolution to their issues.
