Hey Pune peeps, have you heard about the group of 120 students who got stuck in traffic on their way back from an educational trip to Jalandhar and Delhi? Yep, you read that right. These students, along with 20 adults, were on their way back to Pune when their bus got caught in a massive traffic jam just 25 km away from Delhi airport.
But fear not, because these clever students knew just who to call – Union Minister of State for Civil Aviation Murlidhar Mohol’s office in Pune. After explaining their situation, Mohol’s office quickly sprang into action and coordinated with IndiGo Airlines to ensure the students made it back home that same night.
Thanks to the quick thinking and efficient coordination, some students were accommodated on a 9:15 PM flight while others caught the 11:30 PM flight. IndiGo staff even helped with security checks to make sure everyone got home safe and sound.
So, kudos to Minister Mohol’s office and IndiGo Airlines for making sure these students had a smooth journey back home. Talk about a modern-day rescue operation, am I right?
