The Pune Police are making progress in the case of the alleged rape at Swargate ST bus stand. Dattatray Gade, the accused, has been cooperative with authorities and has undergone a sexual ability test at Sassoon Hospital, which reportedly came back positive.

Gade, who has a history of criminal cases against him, was arrested in his native village after technical surveillance helped locate him. He is currently in police custody and has been subjected to medical examinations.
