Hey Pune peeps, get ready for a massive Peace Rally next month demanding Maratha Reservation! Activist Manoj Jarange Patil is leading the charge, and more than 25 lakh Marathas from Pune City and District are expected to join in on the action. Mark your calendars for 11th August!

After a meeting in Chandani Chowk, representatives of the Maratha community decided to push for public awareness on the Maratha Reservation issue. They even met with the Pune Police Commissioner to nail down the details for the Peace Rally. The route has been finalized, so get ready to hit the streets.

Starting from Sarasbaug Ganpati Temple at 11 AM, the rally will make its way through Bajirao Road and Appa Balwant Chowk, eventually reaching Shri Shivaji Preparatory Military School in Shivajinagar. Jarange Patil will pay his respects to the great Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj along the way.

Next stop, Deccan via JM Road! After honoring Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, Jarange Patil will deliver a powerful speech at Tilak Chowk (Alka Talkies Chowk). Parking will be available at local schools, colleges, and along the riverside, so bring your whole family along.

The Maratha Community representatives are calling on everyone to join in – politicians, activists, and community members alike. Leave your political affiliations at the door and come together as one united Maratha community. Let’s make some noise for Maratha Reservation!
