A brave 24-year-old woman from Wadgaon Ghenand was quick to file a complaint at the Alandi Police Station against the 17-year-old minor who was behind the wheel. The minor has been slapped with serious charges under various sections of the IPC and the Motor Vehicles Act of 1988.
According to reports, the minor had a beef with the woman’s family, which led to the terrifying incident. He allegedly drove his white car towards a group of people, even hitting one of them. The woman claimed that the minor threatened to kill her and her family before causing harm.
Thankfully, the Alandi Police acted swiftly and detained the minor. He has been sent to the Juvenile Justice Board for further action. A medical test confirmed that he wasn’t under the influence of alcohol at the time of the incident.
