The Ashadhi Wari pilgrimage in Dehu is all set to kick off as Jagatguru Sant Tukaram Maharaj’s Palkhi is getting ready to depart from the Jagadguru Shri Sant Tukaram Maharaj Mandir towards Pandharpur. Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde is expected to grace the event with his presence.

Devotees from all over Maharashtra have gathered in Dehu for the Palkhi Ceremony, creating a lively atmosphere at the Jagadguru Shri Sant Tukaram Maharaj Mandir and along the banks of the Indrayani River. The Sant Tukaram Maharaj Palkhi Ceremony is scheduled to begin tomorrow at 2:30 PM from the Bhajan Mandap at Shri Sant Tukaram Maharaj Mandir. Artisans have meticulously polished the Silver Palkhi Ratha, and Dindis participating in the ceremony have already arrived in Dehu.

Traffic management measures have been put in place to handle the large influx of visitors, with heavy traffic in Dehu being completely halted today and tomorrow. The Palkhi Ceremony schedule for tomorrow includes various poojas and keertans, culminating in the commencement of the Palkhi Ceremony at 2:30 PM.
