Asaram Bapu has been granted a 7-day parole by the Rajasthan High Court for medical reasons. Despite concerns from the Pune Police about potential law and order issues, the court has allowed him to seek treatment in Pune. He will be under tight security during his stay.
Reports indicate that Asaram Bapu will be receiving treatment at Madhavbaug Clinic. He arrived in Mumbai yesterday and has since made his way to Pune. The conditions of his parole include being accompanied by four policemen and permission for two attendants. He is responsible for covering all costs related to his treatment, transportation, and security.
