In a shocking turn of events in the Porsche accident case, it has been revealed that the blood samples of the intoxicated minor driver and his two companions were swapped. The police had initially claimed that only the minor driver’s mother had provided her blood sample in place of her son’s.

A 900-page charge sheet submitted to the district court detailed the blood sample swap involving builder Vishal Agarwal’s son and his friends. The samples were reportedly exchanged in the chief medical officer’s room at Sassoon Hospital, under the supervision of Dr. Ajay Taware. The blood sample was collected by CMO Dr. Srihari Halnor, with some policemen present at the time.

The charge sheet also outlined the number of accused, their involvement, witness statements, and circumstantial and medical evidence related to the accident that resulted in the deaths of two IT engineers in the Kalyaninagar area. The minor son of builder Vishal Agarwal was detained in connection with the incident and was granted bail by the Juvenile Justice Board under certain conditions, sparking public outrage.

After the police challenged the board’s decision, the minor was sent to the Observation Home. It was later revealed that Vishal Agarwal and his family members had tried to protect the minor by coercing their family driver to take responsibility for the crime. The blood samples were reportedly changed at Sassoon Hospital, with the mother providing her own samples to save her son. Two doctors were allegedly paid a large sum of money for their involvement in the sample swap.

At Sassoon Hospital, the blood samples of the two minor driver’s friends were taken, but instead of their samples, the samples of two other teenagers were reportedly taken. The police have recorded the detailed response of the involved female doctor, who confirmed that Dr. Halnor had suggested using dry cotton instead of alcohol-soaked cotton for the blood samples.
