Have you heard about the inspiring initiative happening in Pune right now? The BMVSS Indore Centre, in partnership with Pinnacle Industries, has launched a seven-day free artificial limb fitment camp to empower individuals with mobility challenges. Over 400 beneficiaries are set to receive artificial limbs and other mobility aids during the camp, which runs until 30th September 2024.

Thanks to the generous sponsorship from Tata Autocomp Systems Ltd., this camp is part of their corporate social responsibility efforts. The Innerwheel Club of Khadki 313 is also showing their ongoing commitment to social welfare by supporting the initiative. Local partners like the Shrimant Dagdusheth Halwai Sarvajanik Ganpati Trust and Suvarnayug Tarun Mandal are playing a crucial role in making this event a success.

The camp offers free fitting and distribution of artificial limbs, calipers, crutches, and other assistive devices to those in need, especially from economically weaker sections. This initiative aims to restore mobility and independence to individuals, ultimately improving their quality of life.

Arihant Mehta, President of Pinnacle Industries, expressed his pride in supporting this cause, emphasizing the importance of giving people the opportunity to walk again and regain their independence. With expert technicians and volunteers on hand at the Shrimant Dagdusheth Halwai Sarvajanik Ganpati Trust’s Sajavat Vibhag in Hirabag Koti, Pune, each beneficiary can expect personalized care and high-quality fittings.

The camp is open to all, with on-site registration available for those in need. If you or someone you know can benefit from this initiative, contact the organizers at 8120009955 or 8805008614 for more information. Let’s spread the word and help those in need regain their mobility and independence!
