To add even more drama to the story, Vishal Agarwal is currently in the custody of the Pune police crime branch for his involvement in a Porsche car crash case that happened on May 19. And his father, SK Agarwal, is sitting in judicial custody at Yerawada Central Jail for his alleged role in the abduction case of their family driver. Talk about a family affair gone wrong!
According to a police officer, the victim left behind a suicide note blaming his friend for his death. This friend, Vinay Vishnupant Kale, was later charged with abetment of suicide under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code. He managed to secure anticipatory bail to avoid being arrested.
But the plot thickens as the victim’s father has now filed a complaint application accusing the builder, his father, and others of being responsible for his son’s tragic death. Looks like this case is far from over and is expected to be transferred to the crime branch for further investigation.
